First download the eXpress Software Installer (INTELEC_20xx_eXpress.exe) :

Hardware ID

Every eXpress License is locked to the Hardware ID of a single computer (server) and therefore it is important to start the applications (Wnet32.exe / Wcad32.exe) on the computer where the eXpress Software will be activated. For multiple users we advice to use a Network License, which will be locked to the server hardware : (remote login and) start the application on the server (not over the network), to retrieve the correct Hardware ID :

Installing and activating the eXpress Software

download and save the latest eXpress Installer from www.intelec.eu (30 day Trial)

start the Installer on the (server) computer where the (network) License has to be installed on, to retrieve the Hardware ID necessary for ordering the License

select the Program-path for the application (on the Network)

press button 'INSTALL' to Install the applications, Video instructions and extended Help

press button F1 and enter 'Registration' for all details about the eXpress Software

start the application 'Wnet32.exe' (choose after startup for CAD to order Wcad32.exe for only 95,- Euro)

press 'BUY NOW' or 'open Account' in the first dialog to create your Account and fill in all fields

set Autorenew to 'yes' for renewing you license(s) automatically every year; the annual costs are 12% from the License price

in the orderpage you can select the Language(s), number of Users (0=Single user) and the Product Code; the Hardware ID of the (server) computer will also be included in the orderpage !

press button 'BUY' to finish the order and to generate the invoice in your account

the minimum price for online orders is 25,- Euro exclusive VAT

after you transferred the payment you will receive the Registration Email to activate the ordered license

REGISTER the License (also for newer versions)

Start the Installer (INTELEC_20xx_eXpress.exe), press button Registration, select the program and the type of License
Single user License : 'Wnet32 REGISTER'
Network License : 'Wnet32 SERVER REGISTER'
press EXECUTE and enter the provided License Name and License Key and press button Activate License.
for a Network License you also need to :
- enter the IP-address / time-out of the Server in 'Wnet32.ini'
- Install and Start the INTELEC Service (Wnet32 SERVERX)
- create a shortcut for the Clients to 'Wnet32.exe'

UNREGISTER Instructions to retrieve the Uninstall Code

The hardware ID depends on you hardware configuration and therefore it is necessary to UNREGISTER the License Key before you change your hardware or move the License to another computer :

UNREGISTER will permanently REMOVE the Licenses and change the Hardware ID on the target computer for that License ! Be carefull to NEVER UNREGISTER before you REGISTER (activate) the new License : if you UNREGISTER first then the new License cannot be activated, because the Hardware ID's do not match and you need to order a new License !

UNREGISTER instructions to retrieve the Uninstall Code :

shutdown ALL applications Wnet32.exe and Wcad32.exe (on the Network)
start the Installer (INTELEC_20xx_eXpress.exe) and press button Registration
Single user : select 'Wnet32 UNREGISTER'
Network : select 'Stop INTELEC Service' to stop the Network eXpress Server (also for Wcad32)
Network : select 'Wnet32 SERVER UNREGISTER'
press EXECUTE to retrieve the Uninstall Code and copy it down : you need it later !!
change the hardware or INSTALL the program on another computer and start the Installer and press button Registration
Single user : select 'Wnet32 REGISTER'
Network : select 'Wnet32 SERVER REGISTER'
press EXECUTE and directly post Uninstall Code (do not fill in a name or key
login you account and enter the correct License ID and the Uninstall Code to obtain a new License key.
repeat all these instructions for 'Wcad32'
Network : Uninstall the INTELEC Service after moving the License
Read these Notes :

Note 1 : in case of problems start the Installer and execute 'Wnet32 (SERVER) HWCHANGELOG' which will generate the hardware report 'Wnet32.AHCL'. Email this file together with 'Wnet32.LOG' to intelec@intelec.eu for analysis (the reports are generated in the program folder)

Note 2 : in case you cannot submit a valid Uninstall Code and the hardware log is negative, you need to buy a new license key with a discount up to 90% on the original license (depending on the number of users)

Note 3 : if your version is not older than 1 year, you will receive a new License key after you provide a valid Uninstall Code (no charge); for older versions every new key for a valid Uninstall Code will cost 10,- Euros (exclusive VAT).

Note 4 : start 'Wnet32 (SERVER) REGISTER' and enter the License Name and new License Key to activate; use this command also to obtain the correct Hardware ID (after unregistering).

Note 5 : the above instructions also apply for the Wcad32.exe application.

General note : Single User License can also be (UN)Registered in the applications Registration dialog (menu Help); for Unregistering first press button Unlock and then Unregister : after confirmation the report 'Wnet32.Uninstall' will be generated

Installing Updates

If you have a REGISTERED eXpress version for 20xx you can download all updates for 20xx for free : every year INTELEC releases 2 or 3 new updates with new functionallity and extended databases, which you can INSTALL as follows (please note : NEVER UNREGISTER before installing updates !) :

shutdown ALL applications Wnet32.exe and Wcad32.exe (on the Network)
download and execute the new Installer (INTELEC_20xx_eXpress.exe) and press button 'Registration'
Network License : select 'Stop INTELEC Service' to stop the Network eXpress Server (also for Wcad32)
press INSTALL to start the installation of the newest version
Network License : press button 'Registration' and select 'Start INTELEC Service' to start the Network eXpress Server again (also for Wcad32)
restart the application Wnet32.exe (Wcad32.exe) with the shortcut(s)

INTELEC License Agreement

Producer and manufacturer : INTELEC Systems BV - Netherlands ('INTELEC')

License Agreement ('AGREEMENT') for the INTELEC Software :

IS-CableNet + IEC-60364 (Wnet32.exe) + IS-CAD (Wcad32.exe) + IEC-60617 ('SOFTWARE')

This AGREEMENT is a legal AGREEMENT between you (either an individual or a single entity) and INTELEC in relation to the mentioned SOFTWARE, which exists from computer software and all the related media, data, bitmaps, animations, videos, audio, documentation and 'online' files. By installing this SOFTWARE you agree to all the terms of this AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to all the terms of this AGREEMENT, do not install, copy or use the SOFTWARE.

The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

1. Grant of License(s)

This AGREEMENT grants you the non-exclusive right to install and use the SOFTWARE on as many places as licenses are purchased.

2. Restrictions and Warranty

- You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

- You may not rent, lease or hire out the SOFTWARE, without explicitly written permission from INTELEC.

- The SOFTWARE includes 3 months warranty from the date of purchase. After these 3 months it is possible to conclude a SOFTWARE maintenance contract with INTELEC, which can be extended automaticly every year (costs 12% + 1% for every extra user and from 90,- Euro Email-support is included).

- In the warranty period or with a valid maintenance contract, INTELEC will supply technical support for the SOFTWARE on request. Technical information, which will be provided for the SOFTWARE support, may be used by INTELEC for SOFTWARE development and commercial purposes.

- INTELEC will end this AGREEMENT, in case you violate the terms of the AGREEMENT.

3. Copyright and Ownership

INTELEC reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this AGREEMENT. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. INTELEC or its suppliers own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. This AGREEMENT does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of INTELEC.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall INTELEC or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this SOFTWARE, even if INTELEC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
